The Arts Quarter is a bit more expensive to live in, but features a wonderful arts center, a penthouse and opportunities to improve your painting skill at easels and graffiti spots. The Spice Market is the poorer part of town, but with a bustling flea market and spice festival, plenty of cheap apartments or a warehouse to live in, a basket ball court and a karaoke bar that’s a bit of a party place.
