With apartments your sim pays a fixed weekly rent rather than bills based on the value of their of their belongings so can save a lot of money if they have done up a cheap apartment with nice fittings. Sims 4 City Living – The Fashion District. If you want to take a break from the city there is a huge central park with a wedding venue, plenty of fishing spots and a range of food stalls. Finally there’s the expensive uptown, which gives you access to the Skye Gym with amazing views over the harbour, and a lounge bar with a romantic aura, as well as a podium for aspiring politicians to give speeches at. The Fashion District feels right in the city, with gorgeous views from apartments, a karaoke bar with great acoustics, and the GeekCon festival. The Arts Quarter is a bit more expensive to live in, but features a wonderful arts center, a penthouse and opportunities to improve your painting skill at easels and graffiti spots. The Spice Market is the poorer part of town, but with a bustling flea market and spice festival, plenty of cheap apartments or a warehouse to live in, a basket ball court and a karaoke bar that’s a bit of a party place. The four districts are the Spice Market, the Arts Quarter, the Fashion District and Uptown. It is divided into four districts, as well as a central park, each with their own unique look, feel, activities and festivals.
